Shipping
Shipping & Handling Process
Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
Shipping Costs
Any order is charged at a fixed rate of $12.95.
Heavy and fragile items are subject to additional shipping costs that apply on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping over $100.

Returns
Return Shipping Guidelines
Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.
If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.
Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.
Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

How can I cancel my order?
As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs. These charges are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.
Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel items that are made to order. Our team is small and invests a significant amount of time and resources in producing and sourcing these items, making it difficult to cancel orders once production has commenced.
We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.
If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy in order to get refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
